What's the appropriate way to address a Christmas card and gift card to the garbage man? I think there's a driver and two guys on the back. Maybe "Merry Christmas ABC crew"? Putting three gift cards in with the card.

I'm sure it's still heartbreaking for her and those kids. You too, it stinks losing a friend.
