I feel for you. I have constant sinus pressure pain. I've just gotten used to it now. The climb to Clingman's Dome last weekend bout killed me. My cheeks and eyebrow area hurt so freaking bad. But it eased up once we headed back into town. The worst is when I wake up with a big crease on my cheek from the swelling overnight. Good times. My nose still feels like it's been punched, so constant pain. So one week down of meds with little to no improvement. Other than that, I feel great. Thanks for asking.
This is new to me. Has this always been a problem for you and does anything offer the slightest help? Sounds so awful.I feel for you. I have constant sinus pressure pain. It's gotten considerably worse in the last couple of years. I feel like it's probably inflammation? Because I don't have terrible sneezing or coughing. But I always feel the pressure. When the weather changes, it's awful (hubby pointed out that correlation to me.)This is new to me. Has this always been a problem for you and does anything offer the slightest help? Sounds so awful.
Yeah, when the atmospheric air pressure changes, and you’ve got air trapped in a sinus somewhere that can’t expand or leak out, it’s hell. It's gotten considerably worse in the last couple of years. Mine are worse this time of the year, sinuses and allergies. Most people I know is in the spring, spring stuff rarely bothers me, unless I'm just in something outside all day. I've not been out much, and my eyes are watering, itching, and nose is runny/stopped up. It's not like a cold or something, just pure allergies and sinuses, has always been like this. It's gotten considerably worse in the last couple of years. I feel like it's probably inflammation?
