I do overnight oats with some sort of nut butter. I enjoy all the other breakfast foods on a rare occasion. Looking forward to going home at Christmas for mom's cinnamon rolls and sausage balls.

Chia seeds in my wife’s blend of coconut and oat milk overnight matches well with nut butter and pears.
 
It’s just too easy to cook oats in a mixture of milk & water. What’s hard is eating them without salted butter and maple syrup.
