I do overnight oats with some sort of nut butter. I enjoy all the other breakfast foods on a rare occasion. Looking forward to going home at Christmas for mom's cinnamon rolls and sausage balls.Breakfast: 2/3 cup low fat plain yogurt, 1 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup pecans. I enjoy this.
