I think you would have to be a moron to predict that we wouldn't win any SEC games at the start of the season. Sure it may play out like that, but I don't think that anyone who knows anything about football would have made that prediction

i thought tennessee would lose the first 5.

i think some people may have had the mentality that the first 5 were losable and then tennessee would quit.

and that was certainly an understandable thought to have.

Talking with my parents, (both of whom think DD is a joke), and they said we will lose to every SEC team we play except MAYBE Kentucky.

They claim to be UT fans, but I cannot fathom being that pessimistic about a team and its coach and then saying I was a fan.

ETA: Also, they say we will lose to NC State too.

Last year was the first Kentucky loss in my lifetime. The fact that we might see back to back losses to them is borderline unbelievable to me. I grew up to believe in hardwork, respecting your elders, and UT would beat the Wildcats.

I hope we make a good hire not the flashiest...
