Pawlenty -> Romney, Jindal -> Perry... prep for tonight's debate

Romney's stock is climbing IMO. He's saying what he thinks is right, sometimes the TP crowd likes it, sometimes they don't. Have to respect that.

Agree - he seems quite consistent and sure on what he sees as the path forward.

Paul is absolutely right. We were attacked for specific reasons. Simply stating them he gets booed?

He's partially right - these are the stated reasons. I'm not sure I buy that these are fully explanatory. Sue me for not believing Osama was being 100% forthright in explaining his motivations...

I do agree that we have to face facts of what our global footprint brings.

He was booed because most americans are ***** stupid. RP is the only one on that stage worth voting for and it's sad he'll never get the nomination.

Agreed on all points.

Maybe it's just me, but Wolf Blitzer just doesn't strike me as being a very bright guy.

Ron Paul still 1st in my book. Cain 2nd still but I gotta say, Mitt had a very good showing tonight and moving up in my view. Perry can still suck it! I will vote for LG before him. :)

Romney had the best showing IMO. Cain was his usual self, still comes across as angry. Still like Huntsman. No way I could see myself vote for Bachmann or Perry at this point.

I just don't get that vibe from him.

Me either - in fact I get the opposite vibe. He comes across to me as an upbeat, positive guy who likes to have fun. Not sure I want him running the country but after the last 2 I shouldn't really worry about competence as a prerequisite.

Perry might be too thin skinned. Every time someone sent a zinger his way that got a laugh or applause he looked like he wanted to deck someone. I think as this narrows and get more heated, he's going to just lose it one day and either hit someone or start cussing.

Balls, just lost my fantasy game with a 25 yard pass to Marshall (hey, myrobbins already made this an MNF thread)

eh, I just don't like the way Cain comes off. He could be an intersting choice for VP though. He has solid points, just don't like his execution.
