"This official visit let me know where everything stands," Graves said. "Tennessee set the bar high and someone will have to go above and beyond to go past what they did for me up here."

OU will no doubt pull out all the stops, but sounds like we have a good chance with this guy. Good work from all involved.

Pearlie Graves sounds like a sinister play off of "Pearly Gates".

He sounds like a comic book villain, that Samuel L. Jackson would play in a film adaptation.

He's a baaad man.

You have to think that Ou is not that strong of a pull considering he is a UM commit

He's a soft-verbal to Michigan and I don't think anyone expects him to wear the maize and blue at this point.

Judging by his visit and his subsequent comments, I think Tennessee has eclipsed Michigan. He's much more likely at this point to end up in the Big-12, not the Big-10.

Oklahoma and TTU seem to be more of a threat than Michigan at this stage.

supposedly Hubbs let it slip in the radio that he committed to us, the rumor is that he was silent, but Hubbs knew about it.

All I heard Hubbs talk about was how he had a good visit, and that we probably are his leader now.

I think they might be something to this silent commit. The signs are starting to point toward it.

Graves is his nickname because that's where he puts runningbacks after they hit the 3 hole.

Also, on the visits thread or another thread, someone with an inside source said that we definitely got a new commit, but it hasn't been announced yet. I still think that could have been a reference to King, but it could have been Graves.

sure seems like something is cooking ... and it would almost need to be a couple of them unless we're getting into a numbers thing
