He will not need a redshirt he has 2 years of eligibility and more than likely would turn pro after one good season.

Hope Von is back soon.I'm listening to the game on the radio. Did it look as bad as the play last week when Darr turned his ankle? That replay made my stomach turn almost like the replay of the Lattimore injury a couple seasons back.

It didn't look that bad, but he was obviously in a lot of pain afterwards.

I would imagine it was a high ankle sprain. Though I shattered my ankle in a car accident and the way he would not put weight on it made me think of my injury.

Yes I agree
It looked like he tore his Achilles' tendon...let's hope it's just a sprain

If anyone was near the sidelines, were they squeezing his calf? If so, that would point to an Achilles tendon injury. Having ruptured mine on both sides, that is the first thing I thought of when I saw the replay.

What do you mean it didn't look bad? A defensive lineman flew into his leg from behind. I was assuming his leg was broken until he got up and put some weight on it.

Big losses for them. Sanchez is their Cam Sutton; freshman AA corner last year. Shepard was their leading WR.
