If you guys hire Pelini, I can't see much more than a bunch of 8-4 seasons out of Tennessee.
I mean, that's better than it has been recently...but it will probably get old after a while.
Maybe. But that would have been my prediction with Strong too. Pelini has a higher winning percentage and he has done it in a major conference. He's not my ideal candidate, but he's never won less than 9 games in any season and he's got SEC coordinator experience (and a NC), so I think he's as close to a homerun hire as we could hope for.
