I'm no expert, but his HS tape didn't look so great, unless you like 5 yard turn around's and even some of those were short....

Remember when Kiffin came here he ran off 2 QB commits who went on to be Heisman finalists - he struck out on several but we ended up with Tyler Bray who could sling the ball (and a few beer bottles) around. Hope JP and company have some upgrades in mind

Maybe our new QB coach has a former student who wants to come here?

Wow huge **** up by kiffin to not want either of those guys esp petty who proved he could sling it with the best of em at Baylor

Boyd was pretty damn good passer himself but with him being dual threat I kind of get that one

Really makes you wonder what if Phil got another year

We'll get a good one. We have three good ones already on the roster. BJ and LS didn't do any of them any favors and in QB in the country other than Josh Dobbs would have failed in their system.

I think we will get a good QB this recruiting period similar to Dobbs, who came out of nowhere. It may take us to the official signing day to find him though.
