Which SEC FB team paying players a la Ole Miss?

Gotta be Georgia. All the teams pay players, but when you start getting top ranked classes like they’ve done, then somethings up.

Most likely candidate is Barn. NCAA is protecting Bama... they have a get out of jail free card, like UNC in BBall. So if it's them, nothing will happen. The recruiting haul GA made, flipping guys left and right(same as Ole Miss did) does raise an eyebrow, though.

UGA has always been around the 5-10 range. Is it that crazy for in-state players to actually want to stay after UGA had its best season in 30+ years while UT and UF are having one of their worst? Most likely there is some cheating going on at every school, but UGA going from 6-3-1 doesn't seem that far out of the question.
I also don't expect UGA to have the same success next year. Pruitt and Mullin will both have nice classes. Most coaches recruit extremely well their first class. Pruitt is a proven recruiter. It'll be interesting to see how Mullin does.

UGA is very Ole Miss like recently...AU is just AU.

If its Bama, nothing will happen and nobody will ever know. It matters not they are "habitual repeat offenders".

UGA didn't come out of nowhere. Under Richt they always had top 5 classes it seemed, which is why he was such an underachiever.

If the story’s at all true (which who knows, because at this point all Cowherd’s given is a “I know someone must be paying players but that’s all I’m going to say”), it would probably be one of those “program has gotten better but still hasn’t broken through that ceiling” types.

If we guess based on history, it's probably Auburn.

If we guess based on which team is greatly outperforming their historical averages in recruiting, then it's Kentucky.

Every SEC is likely paying players. Some are just better at it than others. Obviously, Tennessee is cheap and our bagmen suck.

LW is solid as they come on here. And look, I hate the Florida Gators....but 3-4 of the regular Gators on VN are 3-4 of the very best posters on VN imho.

Given our last decade of football futility, if we actually have bagmen, we should just pack it in and close up shop.

I don’t particularly like him either to be honest. He and Skip both get on my nerves.

Doesn’t mean he doesn’t do a good job imo it’s one of the most popular and lucrative national radio shows
