How could a program get slapped with big time penalties before they even got "the letter". It is probably the response from the AA to USC's appeal.

Best case scenario for us would be Florida or Georgia

We need one of the two to compeletly fall off for us to start dominating the division again.

I wouldn't wish this kind of hurt on anyone. Might have a bit of Schadenfreude depending on who it is but these things can be in our back yard if we're not careful.

Georgia doesn't really fit the criteria for a top 10 team. Florida does though, and it would be great if it was them.

I've always thought that all the stuff Phil Knight does for Oregon borders on violations. I guess the NCAA agrees.
