Persecution of Christianity is becoming overt instead of covert.

For ***** and giggles I went to YT and just searched "Jesus Christ teaching" and this is what came up

This is just faux outrage at its absolute finest.

It's not happening right?

YouTube bans using word 'Christian' in targeted ads - Premier Christian News | Headlines, Breaking News, Comment & Analysis

How quickly will they move from "it's not happening" to justifying it?

I have products that are disqualified from advertising on Google's Shopping network because they say the word "black" in the title. Should black people be freaking out and talking about persecution? I imagine if I dive deep enough on this, I'd find an explanation. The explanations are stupid, but it's all based on automation because Google is an enormous company who is dealing with millions of advertisers and billions of ads.

YES.
And I would support you myself to do that.

Any form of censorship is repugnant. Saying both sides censor doesn't absolve the fact such censorship is Un-American. I think it's clear I hate communism, but I would fight anyone trying to censor it. Good and Bad ideas should all have a chance to fight it out in the public square, and in a digital world these are the public squares. This is what was once known as "classical liberalism", ....ancient and crazy ideal I know, but there was a time when the left championed free expression of ideas, and open and honest debate.

I agree with your idea on good and bad ideas allowed to compete without censorship. I disagree a privately owned outlet doesn't have the right to censor whomever they want.

So A coffee shop can censor people eating at one of their tables?

Does it matter if the outlet decalres itself a publisher or a platform? Can it choose to be both when convenient?

If an outlet DOES choose to censor when it feels justified can I then sue it for slander when it allows content I find to be slanderous? Does the act of editing content not oblige it to have responsibility for all content?

I love how my 2 screenshots of Jesus videos on YT is seemingly invisible. Doesn't promote the narrative = eyes closed with fingers in ears.

Seriously. Just go to YT and looks for videos on Christianity. There are thousands. That alone makes this entire fn thread null and void.

Is that language apart of your religion? Can you show that your religious rights are violated by that? Do you genuinely beleieve professing ones Christian faith is equal to profanity? Is it just professing Christian faith at issue? If a platform ONLY selectively blocks religious content from SOME religions does that matter? If it's okay to pick and choose which religious faiths to block, can the same be applied to race, nationality?

You can't carry on a convo. You light speed jumped to irrelevant points.

You said "any form of censorship"

you sure about that? Marsh v. Alabama Marsh v. Alabama - Wikipedia

"The court pointed out that the more an owner opens his property up to the public in general, the more his rights are circumscribed by the statutory and constitutional rights of those who are invited in."
There are several court rulings through history that I don't agree with. You can add that one to the list

I haven't really seen you much until recently wherein you've gone full throttle.

Serious question, did you stop taking your meds?

Down with Freak! Trial by combat!

Nice try to redirect, but we're talking specifically about the targeting of Christian Faith based content, and I have yet to see Freak target Christian content. Or any religion or Philosophy.
