As his name implies he has the power to bounce much like a bouncy ball along with making his body the huge shape like a soccer ball.
Wow that be useful if the Legion of Super Heroes ever required something to use like a dodgeball or a bowling ball. Otherwise not only is not exciting its mostly useless.
But does provide for a lot of clever funny puns.

I never thought of creating video games.
If the characters become as amazing as the ones of Marvel I could see video games of the super heroes being made.

Thanks if I get enough money I'll buy them. Otherwise I'm progessing effectively without those including cardio workout which eliminates excess DHT.
Humans have dht but having to much which guys get when older usually results in hairloss.
