He needs to go win. I'll say that. I know he has nothing to prove really, but he needs to go win.

Not for the HOF.
Not for his fans.
Not for $.
Not to stick it to Irsay.

He needs to go win for himself. Otherwise, he'll be chasing the same peace of mind #4 did for those last few years.

He could end up in Kansas City. Be with Some other fellow Vols

KC, Jets, Skins, Miami the more likely destinations (though there's some debate about the chiefs might still be big on Matt Cassel)

49ers also possibly, but probably only if someone else signs Alex Smith

Honestly I think its best for both sides. I didnt want to see Peyton playing his last good years (if their are any) in the rebuilding stage of the Colts. Now he has a chance to go somewhere he can make a difference.

Expected. They need to get a QB in there who hasn't had any down time. Best of luck to em and Peyton.

they just lost half their fan base

First words out of my 7-yr old son's mouth when I told him was, "I have to get a new jersey". He's been raised in Indiana and I'm guessing his loyalty is similar to the majority of the colt fanbase.

I hope Peyton signs with the Chiefs. I could watch him every home game and they have actually been mentioned as a possible suitor.

rumor has it that auburn has been the first to contact peyton and have offered him a 5 year contract.

alabama is trying come up with their own offer. trent richardson will be leaving for the nfl this year and that should clear up some room under the salary cap
