And, BTW it was a defamation suit. He was guilty of slander. Not of what was alleged to have been done.

Look partner, I suspect many of us realize Manning went too far, but if that ruined a woman's life there is fault to lay elsewhere as well. And I say that as the father of a woman who also worked as a assistant trainer for UT. It's not a job for the faint of heart. Time to move on.

Yes, he did. She sued when his defamitory lies cost her a job and career. Rollo admitted to the court he made up the mooning someone else lie, the track athlete who he supposedly mooned told the truth in a letter. She literally had to use her hands and twist her head to get him away. The judges ruling from the bench is available.

All of this diatribe has skirted around the obvious issue that the "victim" is a female working in a male athletic locker room. While I am not condoning Peyton's actions, if this woman was naive enough to think that such activities could never take place in this environment it is hard to feel sorry for her when it does occur. Her being so hurt and indignant is an obvious money grab attempt.

Your bucket don't hold water. You don't lay hands (and definitely not your taint) on a woman without express permission.

Peyton was lucky social media wasn't around, but it may not have made a difference. Training room ain't the student union.
