One of Nico's fumbles the defensive player hit Nico's face mask on the way down similar to the call that was made on us for roughing the passer... but of course it was not called on them.
Yep. I saw that. Even got a bit of his face mask with the tip of his finger for a second.

I think they called out the wrong number. The hold was actually on 76, Spragins. I saw it rewatching tonight. It wasn’t much, but he did wrap and release. Should not have been called.

I really wanted to rewatch that play from a full field view to see if the flag was thrown at the last minute. Karic sure didn't look guilty in the replay. Makes sense if spraggins did something different. It was the only holding penalty of the entire game and a huge play killing drive for us. A total of 50 yards.

I’m not sure how the greatest conference has the worst refs in college football. It’s a joke at this point.
Bc the sec is all about money. They were probably setup so ou brand didn’t get a big L national spotlight. That game could’ve been waaay worse. Their offense was tiny. Keep the T brand strong and maintain ou.

We didn't get a holding call against an SEC opponent until like 6 games into the season last year. There was a sarcastic cheer and everything.

Kitselman was the right call, though it wasn’t his fault. Wr “covered him up”. Wr should have been lined up off the line and then kitselman would have been fine.
The WR was 1 yard back from the LOS and Kiteselman was on the LIS. how far back does the WR have to be?

The play where Nico crosses the 1st down marker then they said he started his slide. It looked to me more of a dive to get of bounds.. what y’all think?

Kitselman was lined up correct, but Squirrel was not. He was down on the line and should have been off, thus covering up kitselman and making him ineligible.
Squirrel did not have his best game. I was disappointed in his play Saturday.

That’s what I thought as well.

One thing I haven’t seen mentioned in here is when the OU defensive lineman slammed our RB to the ground well after the whistle. That absolutely should’ve been flagged and would’ve been had the situation been reversed.

I thought the worse call was the personal foul hit above the shoulders in the 4th qtr that extended the drive for OU in our redzone. Basically just grazed the QB's helmet with his hand after jumping up to try to bat the pass down. Even the officiating guru the broadcast team relies on thought it was weak.

That was definitely a horrible call

I don't think so. He was tighter than that I think.
I could be wrong but at the time I rewound the broadcast 3-4 times and that was my observation?

Either way, does anyone know how far back the WR has to be from the LOS for the TE to be a legal receiver?

I hate sounding like a conspiracy theorist, but as much money as Disney is paying to take over sports (ESPN, ESPN+, ABC, The company is in the midst of finalizing an agreement with Fox Sports and Warner Bros. Discovery to launch a sports streaming service that will carry games from the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL.)

I am starting to believe they are paying the NCAA to keep games competitive and casual viewers from changing the channel.

Not to mention, the new clock procedures that have done nothing but give us more commercials. I openly noticed and even commented last night and NC State about how many commercial breaks there seemed to be.
The new 2 minute warning timeout is the biggest F-U to viewers in a long time. They took away stopping the clock on first downs under 4 minutes, where at least we could see game action, and replaced it with a 6 minute commercial break.

I also rewatched the game and different guys on our defensive line were being grabbed and pulled down...I don't think there were any flags thrown the whole game...How is that possible?

Also, I wish Squirrell could stay on his feet when he catches a ball...It's become comical.
Why can't Squirrel Bru stay on his feet?
