there is no way fulmer could go from coaching one of the most historic college football powerhouses and be the second most winningist coach in UT history to coaching at lambuth. lambuth wouldnt be able to pay him a fraction of what he used to make anyways and i just dont see any wat that phil would end up coaching there

He is a great national recruiter. He could put together a nice staff in Lubbock and he would be able to win 9 games a year and make people very happy even if he could not beat Texas or Oklahoma most years.
