I'd like to see her stay and take on a different role next year as a post up player and mid range shooter. Not handle the ball so much we need to get a couple of players to do more of that work.
I will be surprised if Horston stays. She has done her best and has given more than enough to the university and to the Lady Vols basketball program. She has been a loyal and hardworking player, made a lot of great memories and some teammates who are likely to be lifelong friends. But she has also endured the pain of injury, the whole COVID nightmare, and quite a lot of abuse from "fans" over the years. She can start the next chapter of her adult life feeling good that she gave her all. I just can't imagine her not being mentally exhausted and ready to move on.
Thanks @chuckiepoo I have been over in the political forum reading never ceases to amaze me

It depends on when and how the turnovers happen and what the player does to compensate for them. Caitlin Clark is an exception to every rule. I'm convinced she's an android. No human shoots like that.Caitlin Clarke had 8 TOs yesterday, I say Iowa should kick that erratic "street" player off the team too, right?
Only thing is we're at such a logjam in those positions already. Our real need is a guard who is a reliable 3 pt shooter and good defender.I'd like to see her stay and take on a different role next year as a post up player and mid range shooter. Damn turbo Jordan is one of the two best players on this team , I would hate to hear what you think about the other players. But from what I've seen and heard the Lady can ball. You make a very good point. Horston, with the ball, is a yellow warning light: Might very well make a move and score; might very well dribble into a double team and lose the ball or throw up a crazy shot.
Very truthful observationHorston has done a lot--but her erratic street play and questionable decision-making have been a problem for four years; they were a costly problem in the Va. Tech game, and will be a problem again next year if she stays. Some continue to think that patterns will break and thins will suddenly turn around and improve next year....but.....
