I don't expect them to use the same vendor next year. Or at least not the same type of seat. I heard a guy a couple rows in front of us saying he called the ticket office and had his removed, and they refunded him for the remaining games (not sure when he did that.) In hindsight I wish that's what I would have done.I’m going to assume they have just given up on doing anything to fix or replace the new season ticket holder seats and just expect us to deal with it?
The problem is the seats themselves aren’t bad for us, it’s bad for us when someone in front of us has one. So depending on how the survey was and what it was asking about…ya knowUT has done surveys and the overwhelming majority of season ticket customers that have them prefer them over the old ones. They're here to stay.
Deer park knows his stuff but I was told no decisions yet and they would let me know the plan for 2025. That was mid October and have heard nothing since but have not asked. That was from one of the AD’s. They have sat in them during games and couldn’t sit normally. They understand it’s a problem.UT has done surveys and the overwhelming majority of season ticket customers that have them prefer them over the old ones. They're here to stay.

I filled out the survey and told them how much I didn’t like them for all of the reasons already said. I also don’t have people sitting in them in front of me. But, I am conscious about inconveniencing the people behind me and am unable to lean back without doing so. I bought them for the back support, not because they look cool. I will not get them next year - waste of money, IMO.UT has done surveys and the overwhelming majority of season ticket customers that have them prefer them over the old ones. They're here to stay.
I know you have connections to the AD and your claims carry weight, but I’m here to tell you that if this is the case, UT either asked a weirdly short population or there are seats in the stadium that have far more legroom than others.UT has done surveys and the overwhelming majority of season ticket customers that have them prefer them over the old ones. There is no chance that a survey was done and the result was anything short of these being terrible without some level of outside influence to coerce that outcome.
