The NCAA clarified Friday that touchback rule of moving the ball to the 25 only applies to kickoffs. In other instances of a touchback, the ball will be placed on the 20.

I remember being so excited when they let him return for UT the first time. If I remember correctly in his first game he had a very nice return and was one tackle away from taking it all the way. It seems like it's been downhill ever since (he lost his mojo/confidence and never regained it).
