Once again you're making a speculative claim about me with very little info.

Most of my economic research was done while obtaining my MS in economics from Stanford. After I retired from the military, most of it was while consulting for Dyncorp
I would say the same is true about you. Your MS in econ doesn't impress and neither does Dyncorp. You continue to spout BS about barry's unemployment numbers and the MS in econ is going to appear even less impressive.

I didn't continue to spout anything. I just contradicted your false claim that unemployment numbers skyrocketed under Obama.

I could care less about impressing a narrow minded blowhard like yourself. You've never been at the same table as me

Dude, I've been wearing a mask most of the time since day one. I don't know what you are talking about. Federal LEO's usurping State and Local LEO's is because of attacks on Federal Buildings and because the State and Local LEO's are enforcing laws which you guys love to throw around. Your shtick is getting weak Septic, you got the Wutang Fru or somethin?

A race to the mask aisle at Dollar Tree ya'll, now everyone can be a mask loving patriot.

"Attacks on federal buildings" LOL, yeah - no ones buying that.

Dude, my shtick has been weak since the day I joined. I don't need the Banjo Minnow to fish, you guys aren't that sophisticated.

Yeah, its pretty hard to see the attacks on those buildings when your head is up your ass. Watch out for those dingleberries, dingleberry.

Was that around in 1992 and 1993?

I want to send a yuuuuge thank you to the Nashville Police Department, last week comrade John Cooper made it mandatory to wear a mask with risk of getting a fine for anyone who refused. So far over 5200 verbal warnings and 0 fines
where are the warnings be given ? Are they required while driving alone in your own car ?

Ehh, seems like the due process clause is the right thing to invoke when a peaceful protester is beaten unmercifully by a federal agent for exercising his rights legally. Also, snatching people off of the streets in unmarked cars by armed men in unmarked uniforms without investigation or being mirandized is another violation of due process.

If you'd like to dig into the fifth and fourteenth and how beating the **** out of a peaceful protester or arresting grabbing people off the streets is a constitutional violation, I'm game.

Again. Your dingleberries are obscuring your view.

It appears you and others are always engaging in your own form of performative identity politics. This form of "individualism"/"rebellion is just another expression of groupthink--ironically-- that the woke left is now absorbed in. Many on VN are unwittingly participating in the "society of spectacle" in a never ending virtual dance where the actors never change ("woke left"/lilreb) all to keep fabricated culture wars alive that distract from pressing issues.
Whenever something becomes government mandated, the brainworms are activated and many become default contrarians. Something to their own "brand" of political identity being so immersed in believing the government is out to get them that it’s twisted itself into self-delusion They’re so invested in the guvmint being their enemy that they can be sold all kinds of b******* under the guise of liberty. This is not about frredum in any way -- It's almost as if the idea that your fellow citizens matter is antithetical to modern conservatism.
FFS, I wonder how many on hear initially supported the Patriot Act?

I don’t believe the government is “out to get me “ , I’m not a conservative, deciding to follow blindly a group of politicians and “ experts “ that get their money / funding from the same well and both using bad data that changes daily / weekly / monthly , isn’t all that rebellious .. it’s just using your brain and some logic . I will participate in group think as long as the group that’s doing the thinking is actually thinking , when they stop and just start pushing agendas I’ll remove myself from the group . This last statement is the actual problem people are having , they vote party lines ..just because . Now as far as liberty , the freedom to chose is absolute liberty , choosing where you do business, why you do business, how long you do business is the pure form of liberty . This also applies to that business any restrictions to either is a regression from liberty , regardless of the reason . ( yes even for the safety of society) you seem to run rights , liberty , freedoms , government responsibility and societal desires all together in one group . They are separate and for a very good reason . I am free to choose, I have rights , I am a free man , the government is constantly seeking to extend it’s actual responsibility by forever placing restrictions and regulations on its citizens , society should never be able to have the power to rule by mob mentality.

Maybe the risk is low, but there’s a lot of “may” and “likely” in there. In the end, I just don’t get the point of expending energy over something that's a temporary inconvenience.

I’m definitely not somebody who would give it a second thought if I saw you walk past without a mask.

Just like all of the provisions and rules put in after 9/11, I think some of this stuff is going to be here to stay...
