Given the FACTS that Jones has very little talent on this team and our dumbass fans having insanely unrealistic expectations of this group, are we the most irrational and ignorant fan base in America?

10% of UT Fans are absolute trash and garbage folks that are the biggest a$$holes there are. The other 90% is just guilty by association.

No. It's like this everywhere. People were ready to fire Pinkel at Mizzou last year after his first losing season.

Yeah, everyone should just accept that playing teams like USA at home will be pure nail biters at the end of the fourth. That is the new reality. We are that bad and we should not voice our displeasure at the situation.

A little perspective boys and girls. We're but one of many many irrational fan bases. How soon we forget the crying Georgia fan on the radio after losing the first game of the season.... wanted the head coach who narrowly lost in the SEC Champ Game last year to the eventual Natl Champions fired.....after Game freaking 1!

Passionate fans, irrational fans and a few fans that jump ship all make our fan base one of the best in the country.

We all care but some show it in different ways. We win or lose then complain but when it is football time in TN......we all bleed orange.

Come saturdy....TN fans will be ready. TN fans are the best.

There is plenty of talent on this team. . And we were in a nail-biter with South Alabama which has only had a team for 3 years. If you aren't questioning this staff you are just ignorant.

An established SEC program pitting a team of 3* and 4* players against a fledgling Conference USA team of 2* players and expecting to dominate on our home turf supported by 90K loyal fans is insanely unrealistic? Cause, y'know, we were favored by 20, which would make Vegas, the media and pundits everywhere stratospherically ignorant and irrational for expecting us to cover.

UT does not have the most irrational fan base. Volnation does. But you can't deny that Volnation is filled with people who have unrealistic expectations, drunks and trolls.

This is my concern too. Why did our staff not adjust on both sides of the ball? I hope the media has the courage to ask this question. 7 points against USA is unacceptable.
