I will say this, as a college football fan, I sure enjoyed watching the Vols this season. Never a dull game.

You should be happy about the Vols, seeing as we eliminated Bama for you. Y’all won’t have to see the A on the side of the helmet and go limp again.

This is an individual award to the most outstanding college football player, which is why it makes no sense for Stetson Bennett to be there. He is NOT the reason why UGA is undefeated. All of the others, including Hooker, are a major if not the primary reason as to why their respective teams were so successful. All of the others would be just as successful, probably more so, if they were QB at UGA. But you take Bennett, put him at one of the other schools - most of them probably have more losses.

The way I look at Bennett is that he did not do anything to hurt his team - but being honest he is not the reason they are undefeated.

Above Average?

Back-to-Back Nattys.
Won the SEC East 5 of the last 6 years
A Top 5 recruiting class every year

Tennessee man would love to be "above average".
Again, sounds like Fulmer in the late 90's early 00's.
We had that same run that you guys are currently concluding....but we at least had to deal with great FL teams.

Honestly, I don't really care about the Heisman.

Hendon, certainly deserved an invite. His injury shouldn't matter.

I know it's a stat-driven award but I think character should be figured in as well.

Hooker such a class act on and off the field and I would much rather see him get the award than Williams.

I understand it's part of the psychological coping process, friend.

To play us again, all you had to do was beat a mediocre USCjr team, BUT...

Beamer should be in prison for the violence committed on you that Saturday!

63! :oops::oops::oops:

yep, it must be nice to be a dawg fan seeing as they never suffer shocking upsets like this, especially at home…

If Stetson Bennett was that great he would’ve scored 50 points on our putrid defense.

Game was over at halftime. Georgia only threw 4 passes in the 2nd half.

We went to ball control and clock management after knowing we already had the win.

Tennessee man cares about muh points and muh stats, Georgia is about wins and nattys.

And being behind Mizzou with 5 minutes left.
And putting up 16 on KY.

The dawgs are about 1/20 as invincible as the average dawg fan believes.

All we've done is beat every opponent on our schedule the last two years.

Mizzou game was little too close for comfort, KY game we were in complete control despite it being a low scoring bad weather game.

Now, after disposing of our SEC foes, we get to humiliate the Little Tens best two teams. Enjoy the show!

Or…he knows Stetson can be a loose canon whenever he throws the football and didn’t put the game in his hands. Sure does sound like an Heisman candidate. Everyone in the SEC knows that no lead is safe. That’s why you try to score as many points as you can.

I know Tennessee man, always about muh points and muh stats. Calling timeouts while up 30+ points to increase muh points and muh stats is quite telling.

Hooker's stats when he played a championship defense (GA), 195 yds, 0 TDs, 1 INT (just saying).

Down here in Georgia, it's about WINS and advancing to the National Championship.
