It is interesting that Putin invaded Eastern Ukraine and Crimea in 2014 under Obama, is doing this current ramping up of forces under Biden, but didn't do anything like this under Trump, who supposedly was a puppet controlled by Putin.

If I were president, this entire thing would be over in a couple of days. First of all I'd tell Germany we're pulling all of the US troops out of Germany and they can defend themselves. If they don't want us to destroy all of the facilities we leave behind then they can pay us for them at fair market value. Then I'd tell the rest of Europe if they want any of our help pony up their required NATO money retroactively. After all of this I'd tell Russia deal with Europe, because Ukraine isn't part of NATO.

I assume you just mean the GOP since I know you will agree regarding Dems.

Trump's cronies alternate electors plan and your own statement about using impeachment without cause simply to overturn election results. Next question.

At no point have I ever endorsed any such plan.

By Trump's cronies you mean, what, 10 people? Seems that it's difficult to proclaim that represents the GOP as a whole.

Biden (the US) is not sending any offensive arms to Ukraine. None, nada, zilch.

Trump allowed the direct sale of ant-tank missiles to Ukraine.

He's also cut their military aid in half from 400 million to 200 million. You can argue we shouldn't be involved, but idk how anyone can argue he's done more than Trump.

Agreed. Avoiding the Biden/Harris energy policy is one of the best things we can do to keep Russia in line. Cut off their purse strings

Yes, because we can go toe to toe with Russia on oil production. I swear I have no idea what world you people live in.

Why do you think that is?

Think big picture. Why would Putin want to make Dems look weak and Trump look sharp and strong?

How does that benefit Putin and Russia?

HIs attorney hatched the plan. Unlikely it was done without Trump approval. Trump was the president at the time which leaves his stain on the GOP.

I may have confused with you with another poster stating the plan was to impeach Biden and Harris and install McCarthy after midterms.

Putin isn't making Trump look like anything. Putin knows the next POTUS will let his gains stand regardless what letter is behind their name.

You're overthinking it. If Putin has a patsy in the WH, why not just do whatever he wants? If Trump was his patsy, then that was his window. Why didn't he do anything when it was open?

The real world where left wing policies add to the wealth of Russia. Why do you think Germany refuses to get involved? Their ignorant left wing policies have put them in this situation.

Outside of China their largest exporters of oil are Germany and Netherlands.

We can't control Germany's poor energy policies, but we can export our products to Germany. Germany is also the world's largest importer of natural gas, you know, that stuff we are really good at fracking in this country.

Increasing our energy production generates additional competition for Russia, which means less money in the pockets of Russia.
