I'm all for supporting Directional Michigan in bowl games, but even I took WKU with 17 confidence points.

Thought he was a senior but yeah this offense is great. Though he didn't do as well as I expected with Petrino last year.

He was granted a 6th year about 2 weeks ago. He only played 4 games total in 2011 and 2012 due to injuries.

Last year was his first year starting and Petrino ran a much more spread offense compared to Taggart's true pro-style. Couple that with the limited playing time and injuries in 2011-12 and he was starting from scratch.

WKU's announcer doesn't know what he's talking about. He said Dan Enos went to the Rose Bowl in 1989-1990. Michigan went to the Rose Bowl in 1989-1990 against USC while Dan Enos played for Michigan State.

Did Steve Levy graduate from CMU or what? All he's talked about is the uncharacteristicness of CMU and not the capitalization/success of WKU. It's more of a "CMU is making WKU look good" instead of what "WKU is doing to CMU".

We likely hired a HS kid on Christmas vacation, give him a break.

ESPN was openly cheering for CMU and are upset they're being blown out

Wow, I just turned this on to be surprised at such a one sided game.

DC Holt is lucky the offense built him such a big lead cause this defense is becoming porous.

49-28, 8 min left.

Is WKU losing anyone significant on offense for next year? If they can improve their defense just a tad they would easily be conference champions.

Western Kentucky opens the 2015 football season playing Vanderbilt in Nashville and Indiana in Bloomington

I don't think CMU has enough time to tie the game, but yeah...not a good look for the defense.

At this point i still pick Marshall to win the CUSA championship in 2015. They will be breaking in a new quarterback but they have a solid defense and you can build on that.
