I acknowledge they’re probably LSU guys, but they’re not saying anything we haven’t said ourselves. Even you, Mookie. I know you like to attack me, but you’ve said LSU pretty much never loses a guy they actually want.BS made an account on Friday just to come in here and stir the pot. And the other poster is just encouraging it and trashing TN. They’re trolls. It’s not “acknowledging reality”.

After taxes it’s more like 300k and his annual salary will be 20-30k. Tough road but hope he make it to the bigs
I never said UT had nothing to offer. I said, at present, they have a lot less to offer a blue chip recruit outside of the coaching staff itself. Everything else… LSU, and the rest of the SEC besides missouri, Kentucky and maybe Georgia for that matter… we are woefully behind.Well, I think there is a difference between saying “I think Luke Holman will choose LSU” and saying that TN basically offers Holman nothing and coming in guns blazing and trashing our program as if it’s nothing. You can be tactful and respectful.
Also, I don’t attack you. I just point out when you’re being exceedingly negative. I bet you’d enjoy this place a lot more if you took an optimistic view of things rather than always preparing for a nut shot.

Since he's essentially a 1 year rental, I'm sure they're looking at the respective rosters for next year. Wonder how we match up considering our portal haul?As far as the LSU vs Tennessee baseball debate, I feel like there’s so many talented players available that both teams can load their rosters with a bunch of gifted players. Yes, LSU does have a good history and a great following. I don’t think I’m too far off when I say that Tennessee has been a Top 5 program the past 5 years or so. Guys have various reasons for choosing schools, but we are right there with the best as far as those reasons are concerned. Bottom line is that Knoxville is an incredibly great area to reside in for a few years with the mountains and climate in general. Facilities are getting there as well.
