After all the whining and moaning, the Vols' portal haul so far has been pretty solid on paper, IMO.

Yes, it could’ve been better, but the staff has addressed the glaring needs they had to, minus possibly adding a more experienced playmaker at WR. Which could still happen, obviously. And adding a DB is now a good idea, thanks to the McCoy injury.

No way, these coaches are flying blind. They have no clue, no plan and keep getting caught with their pants down and getting stuffed in a locker.
