Might as well discuss staff changes/upgrades that can help compensate for some of Holly's weaknesses, because she has them and she will be back. I don't see any way Hart fires her this year.

How about hiring Brenda Frese as her assistant, pay her a million a year, and then tie and gag Holly and sit her on the end of the bench every game?
