They count under the year they were enrolled originally due to the sanctions from what I was told. 9 was how much room we had and no one else at our level had that situation

Hopefully. Supposedly Tyron Smith, USC's starting RT last year, is thinking about leaving and is deciding between Miami and UT. Oh and he'll be a two year guy as well.
