I had a boston terrier named Hyacinth. She had an all white head with blue eyes. weird for a boston but she was really pretty. she died bout a month ago. she was only 9. had congestive heart failure this past summer, and was put on meds. finally caught up with her and you could she wasn't going to make it the morning of the day she died. really weird, the nite before she was fine. that's the only bad thing about pets. get to attached to them.

I thought I would post one more, he loves the snow.

Pretty animal VG, our Ricky is part Husky and loves the snow too. He acts goofy, so I call him Doofus a lot (wife hates it), but he is quite intelligent. He opened a gate the first day we had him, while Lucy had been here 2 yrs without figuring it out. I had to put a lock on it, then he jumped the gate, about 4 feet tall.

Dude, I thought you were living the bachelor life. You could always go to the pound, those dogs need a home and it is much cheaper. It's sad to see how many dogs and cats that end up there.

Thanks Broyles, it's amazing how dogs figure out these things.

I have a 65 pound Golden Retreiver. The neighbor has about 3 dogs that combined might weigh 15 pounds. Little dogs yap too much for me. Everytime my dog goes out front you would think WW3 just broke out. If I wasn't such a nice person I would let my Golden "silence" those yappers.

i've got a beagle. and we made the mistake of letting her sleep in the bed with us. we're now in the process of trying to get her to sleep in her own "bed" and it's a frickin' struggle.

she honestly has no idea what's going on. she just looks at us like "what did i do?".

my advice, never let your pets sleep in the bed to begin with. wont' ever do it again.

Jake, I know several people who's dogs sleep in bed with them. I dont think I would want that. My dog sleeps on the floor next to me. Good luck with your dog.

boston terriers aren't bad. mine never yapped at all. she minded her own business. nvr played w/ other dogs, i'm not so sure she didn't knw she was one of them. she never sat on the furniture or got in the bed. never chewed up anything. prolly the best behaved dog i ever had.

Once I can figure my scanner out, I'll put up a picture of the Great Dane/Bull Mastiff mix I had when I was little. That dog was huge.

I had a lab before I came to school. I gave it to my uncle (he has 3 daughters) when I came to UT.

This summer, a dachshund showed up at my dad's and decided to stay. He's an odd little dog that would rather eat bugs, worms and moles than dog food. He hangs out with me when I come home from school.

I am getting a lab when I graduate. He's either going to be chocolate or black.

I've had several labs and they have all been great.

at the time, when she was a puppy, it wasn't a big deal.
now, she's a little older and apparentlyshe thinks it's her bed. not to mention the dog hair. i'm just over it.

i will win. i will win. i will win.

or i'll get tired of not getting any sleep and give in...again.:p

If you want a Brittany let me know (should have another litter in the summer)

I've never had one. They are a lot like labs aren't they?

I graduate in December, I'll let you know...
