Well, I'm no lawyer, but I'm sure the charges will be reduced.Really weird situation. If he were clearly in the wrong then he would have been gone by now. But it is almost as if they think he's innocent of the crime.
My only guess is that the "victim" had a whole lot more to do with the altercation than what he said.
