I'm not qualified to interpret the routine from the abnormal when it comes to the process of counting/recounting ballots during an election. Sterling appears to have the credentials for such judgment, however... and just like Raffensberger, he is a Republican.

Once again, if there is any validity to this at all, then it will be presented as evidence of fraud in a court of law. As of right now, it appears to be just one more item being misrepresented in the court of public opinion. Let's see if Team Kraken is confident enough in this video to bring it before a judge.

I'm no body language expert. If the Trump legal team honestly believes this is proof of fraud, then they will present it as such in a court. That will be very telling. I doubt we see that happen, but I will keep an open mind if it does. Who knows?
