Learn something new every day. I had no idea that America was “built on” declaring bankruptcy like I change underwear, bilking contractors to amass a fortune, leg humping dictators, making fun of disabled people, raw dogging porn stars while your wife is six months pregnant and paying hush money to keep it quiet. MAGA Y’all. It’s the new vision of Amurica. Gotta love it.I don’t care who’s in the White House as long as he stands up for what America was built on
I hate trump. But so much of what you just referenced isn't relevant for many reasons. And do you really want to go down the whose a bigger shat road between a trump and founding fathers on sex stuff? I would advise against itLearn something new every day. And of course, the very next post, "this isn't relevant" what a bunch of clownsLearn something new every day. Oh so you would like to compare the sexual appetites of our founders with trump? And no his business bankruptcies aren't relevant or how he handles contractors. You have no clue if those contractors deserve payment. And of course, the very next post, "this isn't relevant" what a bunch of clowns
See? That’s the problem right there and THAT’S why we’re dealing with the BS, anti American POS we have now. Every one of those “points” you referred to have NOTHING to do with running this country. It’s a real shame that so many people hate one man more than they love their country.Learn something new every day. I disagree.
Whether or not a person honors a signed contract speaks to their integrity. There is nothing more worthless than Donald Trump's signature on legally binding agreements. As for this last sentence ... Yes, we do have a clue.
These incidents are prolific, and they have been well-documented. The contractor is not at fault every single time this issue arises. Donald Trump has an extensive history of stiffing contractors. So much so, that it appears to be an important component of his business formula.

Apparently you don't pay attention. Trump tallied more revenue at Mar-A- Lego in his four years as President than he ever did before he was President. He didn't divest from any of his properties after being elected
He wouldn't have $hit, if he was forced to fulfill all of his contractual financial obligations.Forbes estimated his net worth in 2016 at $4.5B and $2.4B upon leaving office. Donald Trump
I refer you to your comment in bold.
He wouldn't have $hit, if he was forced to fulfill all of his contractual financial obligations.
NONE of his golf properties are profitable. The Trump Taj Mahal is one of the worst business ventures undertaken in the United States over the 50 years. He is an atrocious businessman, who was given an opportunity by Executive Producer Mark Burnett (Survivor), to peddle his own myth on a boring, cheesy unscripted television series.
I disagree.

I suspect he's dealt with thousands of contractors and subs. Construction is an ugly business. Routinely contracts are broken, voided, deemed in violation. They have recourse in court to sue. I am sure he's lost some and won many for nonpayment/contract violations.
"Routinely" ? Bull $hit.I suspect he's dealt with thousands of contractors and subs. Construction is an ugly business. Routinely contracts are broken, voided, deemed in violation. They have recourse in court to sue. I am sure he's lost some and won many for nonpayment/contract violations.
Well my brother is on the financing side of massive home construction developments in the south east. I have been the point of contact for my company in dealing with final approval of the building, which is what releases payment to construction companies, of 5 restaurants. Do you have any clue how many subs would be involved in the building of hotels/casinos/ golf courses? He's literally dealt with thousands of them and you post a handful who claim to be wronged. I am sure they feel that way. I am sure his company had reason to withhold or deny payment. We have this thing called court. It's what you do when you feel violated contractually. Your hatred prevents you from seeing past your nose."Routinely" ? Bull $hit.
Not to this extent, anyway. This is NOT the norm, by any means. I suspect you don't know $hit about what your talking about.
That's a crock of $hit.Word in the GC world gets around...If he didnt meet his payments, then who's fault is that? Seems the GC's would of been foolish.
As someone who has dealt with MC's for decades, it gets ugly and sometimes goes back to the A&E firms, who can be very poor in their designs and specs. I have literally seen multi hundred page specs from an A&E for a system that might cost $250K, and choke full of contradictions. So much so that it is "copy and paste" from other projects. Like they get paid by the page..no joke.
That's a crock of $hit.
Much more likely :
It is a strategic component of Trump's business formula to enter into contracts with 3rd parties without any intention of ever fulfilling the terms of the financial obligation. It has nothing to do with the quality of the service provided, or even the nature of the service which was performed. It does not matter if your hang dry wall, or if your a damn dishwasher ... if it involves Trump, you aren't getting paid.
Of course, I know you're going to tout your business acumen as being on par with Warren F***ing Buffett ... so before that goes anywhere - I'll just go ahead and call you a *** Damn liar on that as well.
