I think there's going to be a reckoning, there will be a day in the not so very distant future where renters that have mistaken the moratorium for "free" have a moment of clarity. The $600 stay at home checks they've wasted on Amazon tchotchkes and PS4's will not be accepted as rent.

I would think the NCAA players are going to kneel also - just a sign of the times and something Trump has no power to stop

Link? Absolutely no one knows what the results from Phase III trials will be. That is why we do this. Anything else is just conjecture at this point. Would love to see where he predicted the results of the trials before they started.
