Well, he sure hasn't turned out to be the star point guard that everyone seemed to think he was. Interesting to see where he goes from here.
Selby's disappointing college career bad sign for pro future - NCAA Division I Mens Basketball - CBSSports.com
Good article on Selby.
Would not be surprised if this is as revisionist as "TN will not get a single visitor from USC much less a transfer" which somehow Hat believes is now a prediction to be proud of.
Your post would make a modicum of sense, which is rare for you, if I wasn't saying Selby would be more trouble than he was worth while he was committed to Tennessee. Thus, it's just more rank dumbassery from you.Nothing wrong with Selby, kinda hard to be the man on that team as a freshman. He could still play on my team. Some of these comments make posters on here sound like gator fans. As soon as a players chooses to play elsewhere its "We didn't really want him,he is not as good as advertised. I can tell you one thing,if Selby and Craft had ended up in Knoxville our season would have gone much differently! Another jewel from Hat for his legions of 10 year old posters to champion!! Losers gonna lose!!!! GO VOLS!
Amazing. A thread created to celebrate himself. As if there aren't enough fanboys of hat, he has to raise the level of narcissism and praise himself.
For what it's worth, I was never too entralled with Selby, either, as I'm not big on scoring PGs in addition to his baggage. Maybe I should start my own thread, too. I can call everybody stupid and trash while I'm at it. Sounds like fun.
Since Griff appears to have placed his head squarely up Cuonzo's ass, I assume IA Vol will get the Internet Monitor job at Jerkwater Florida CC with Forbes.
Wasn't there a pre-mutiny against Bruce by prominent posters to this board because UT "lost" Selby's commitment while BP was out of the country coaching the jewish olympics?
Seems like certain people were suggesting the fact that Bruce wasn't in pocket to at least try to talk Selby out of decommitting was a fireable offense back then.
In any event, many blamed Bruce personally for losing Selby. Is the consensus now that we dodged a bullet by Bruce "losing" the Selby commitment?
I'm just trying to decide if it's still Bruce's fault, or, was it divine intervention indirectly related to Bruce's jewish faith that we ended up losing Selby?
