Potential Coaching Staff Members (list)

I read many SEC boards and the general consensus is that Orgeron is the only good coach on the staff. Many people are stunned that Wilson managed to land a job at UT. One poster said that he must be paying Tennessee to coach there rather than the other way around.

alabama and florida boards don't count. Plus i trust Kiffin's opinion than some random fan for a rival team.

Midfielder is always bringing up what other fan boards are saying...sometimes it's good info, however this time it just sounds like people bad mouthing us...some would call it sour grapes.

Ask anyone who is actually familiar with Frank Wilson...and I promise you they will say two things..

Great coach, and even better man.

What we are seeing is INTIMIDATION,,, it has to be very intimidating to see what we are doing in Knoxville.
Those on top at the moment see the day when we will be knocking them off and those that are down the list are envious of what Tennessee is doing to 'make it happen'

well...I know the theory is that we wanted to build relationships with his recruits, but I don't buy that as a reason to why he was kept on so long. I hope there's a more ethical reason.

He stayed on so long because he was getting paid to do so. It was his job. Kiffin didn't keep him from looking for another job.

Drayton was Plan D. If Gran, Wilson, Gonzales, or really everyone else turned CLK down, then he would have been retained. Glad he is gone, wish him luck.

So... Mitch Browning for GA. Seems a little surprising. I guess this shows just how well respected our staff is by other coaches.

When's the last time you heard of an offensive coordinator coming from a BCS conference to become a GA?

Drayton goes to Syracuse, and we get Browning from Syracuse as a GA.

Sounds good to me!

I think Lane brought him in to have another option in the future. IMO
Or he is just hanging here til' he runs across a job he likes. In the meantime working with a great staff.

Thanks for putting the salaries up.
And, I am more than pleased with the finalized coaching staff. Is it too much to hope for a NC from the '09 season?
Has it been confirmed that Browning is coming on as a GA?
