Around 1988 I took "a female friend" to LA for her to try out for the television show "Love Connection"....She would be tied up for several hours in the audition process, so I was in for a very long day waiting around...

While I was waiting in "the holding area" for her to do her thing, a female producer came in and said they need more people to audition....The girl producer asked me to give it a go....It would just be a series of questions to see how I looked and answered on their monitors....

Well, somehow I got paired against guys that looked like they were just out of high school...A few had Clearasil on their faces hiding teenage blemishes...The audition producer asked me who was my favorite singer and I said Elvis...A couple of the guys said amongst themselves "who?"...I started looking for a back door...

Well, every question I answered was wrong....I was from the wrong generation...Finally, they excused me, along with a couple other guys that did not fit what they were looking for that day, or probably any other day....

Some of the excused guys and I went out for something to eat and ease our embarrassed egos...I did make friends with the female producer that got me into that embarrassing position...She was a lot of fun away from work...After all, San Diego was just a kiss away from Los Angeles...

By the way, my female friend that I took to audition did not get chosen either....She was really upset..I did not know she could cuss like that, or drink...LOL

Gule, If you have the same painful headache in the morning, please contact your cardiologist and let him/her know....He will most likely provide something for you, or may bring you in to check your blood pressure and such....

As an ambulance EMT, I transported several people that had massive headaches that partially crippled them....You'll be OK, but don't ignore this.
