In any case, I too observe may white people(which would make me think they are legal citizens) working at fast food restaurants, walmart etc. Don't see to many "Mentally Challenged" though. Perhaps California has more than most states.

It gets worse for the children too.

You need to go and hang around a few quick rips and grocery stores and see what goes on. It may change your view some. When you see people come in with tattered clothes, needing a bath, kids looking nasty and hungry and the parents loading up on beer and smokes. It doesn't matter how much you give them, it will never change these people ways, the money that is!
