Neal and Lane split first team reps.

Smith and Vereen are battling for 1 starting DE spot.

Fulmer spoke to the team today. Received a standing ovation for team and left Fulmer teary eyed.

EDIT: Riyahd Jones was the first player on the field today. Wore a green jersey and got a lot of reps today.

Im not a fulmerite, I love and respect the coach for what he did for the university. .thats why the last part is so damn awesome.

Transfer from Maryland I believe. Was a track guy. Was the 18th ranked player from Maryland out if high school. Got hurt in the summer.

Maybe both can gain some weight and change to LB's similar to what Sapp and Brewer did. Chavis used to do it all the time. Slow DB's now fast Lb's

This is awesome news. If we can get saulsberry and Maggit healthy our D may actually have some depth!

Now all we need is for the offense (mainly the QB) to progress and we have a chance to be a solid team come crunch time

Sutton is going to be a stud. As far as Byron Moore goes though, as many times as he got burned last year I think that's a good thing there are others in front of him.
