Practice number three, official thread.

You could tell from his interviews yesterday those drops had been eating at him all winter. It's all he talked about.

To be honest, I think he was just trying to clear the air. I do not think Josh is the type to truly dwell on things. And if he did, between his Father and brother, they would set things straight rather quickly. There is some fantastic athleticism in his family, but even stronger mental fortitude.

Riley Blevins: "Kyler Kerbyson said D. Blair needs to work on his conditioning. Corey Vereen said the same of Owen Williams. Both JUCO transfers. Hmmm"

Ahh the beauty of enrolling in Jan vs Jul. They got some time to get into shape, toughen up and improve.

Agreed but keep in mind this youngster is supposed to be a speed demon and they've got him out there on the lonely corner ... I'll sacrifice a little bulk for now to keep that speed and hopefully good health!

Deion Sanders was a terrible tackler but he knew how to break up passes that came his way as good as anyone.

Josh is an athlete. Not just some white kid. Considering his snaps, he was more open than any other WR. Yes, he failed to convert some big plays, but hopefully that will come year 2. The reality is that the white boy true frosh was taking minutes from more experienced 4-star players. Good grief, Bowles doesn't even see the field and poor Josh is being blasted for actually doing what it takes to see the field and get the snaps. If Croom had JS's football acumen he'd be a top five draft pick.

Wolf and Helm made simultaneous appearances today in some two-TE sets per GVX. They complement each other so well that I've been looking forward to that since they both committed.

I'd like to see a running set with 2 TEs, Hurd, and Croom and North as the blocking WRs with Croom tucked in behind a TE. That just oozes of road grader.

Maybe make it wildcat and bring in a fullback to replace QB.

If I were in his shoes, I'd be hitting the jugs machine daily, until my hands start to bleed. Then rub some dirt on it and go some more.

Dropped passes are not a light matter. It's the distance of a frog's hair from being a turnover.

White people are the only racists, at least that's what I read and see on TV.

Which is a conceited lie. Wanna see the real thing? Live in Nevada or California and see Mexican attitudes towards Blacks. I thin Texas too but I wasn't there long enough to see enough. But nevermind, Josh, just hang onto more passes.

I keep seeing posts of Hurd being a man among boys. But if you pause the 7:32 video at 6:43. Look at the size of Marquez North now. No wonder they compare him to Megatron. He looks to be a man among boys. He is Voltron!

You're correct about this in Cali. I've met more racist black people than white people, but woodsman is correct about Mexicans + Asians in cali. They don't like black people all that much.

I lived in LA more than 15 years, the concept of "Mexicans & Asians" in Cali biased against this race or that race can be found on the list fallacies under the "sweeping generalization" for starters. <SMH>
