I wonder where all the people are now who criticized me for saying we had a 3-9 floor earlier this offseason?
Well I don't remember criticizing you, or your post for that matter, but I'll bet one of the three in your 'floor' included GA State. Nobody saw this scheisse coming.

I went with 5-7 as the "floor"; I'd probably change that to 4-8 now.

I'm not nearly as down as others; it's just one game, but if this devastating loss doesn't motivate this team to play with a fire lit under their a$%es, then I don't know what will. I want to see them beat BYU and give Florida one of its toughest games of the year. If they come out again and play lethargic in the next few weeks, that will be a huge indictment of this coaching staff.

I honestly thought 7-5 as our floor, but I now know it’s 0-12.

After the sh!t show I saw Saturday, it wouldn’t surprise me.

I admit, I was drunk on the Big Orange kool aid, but after a bad hangover yesterday, I am now in recovery............

I feel much better now. I had the life drained from my inner being, not by Bama or Georgia.......but by Georgia State. But hey the next practice will be hard.

Now I can’t wait until Saturday.

I'm not worried about CJP........I worry about the dedication, commitment and pride of the players. Are they gonna let last Saturday stand? Is that how you wish to be remembered? For the rest of the season.....I'm from Missouri......"SHOW ME".

Most forget Fulmer stating during last years spring game that it would take 4 to 5 years for UT to be back... As much as I wanted to not believe.. He may be correct.. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is.. But you will never hear me call the players "garbage" or "trash".. I'm disappointed, and I love the Vols.. I agree with your comments about coming out flat.. I'm back to the less optimistic and in the wait and see mode unfortunately.. But Fulmer did say it will take several years.. I chose not to listen..

You should only be worried about cjp, he is allowing this s@@t show to happen, they players are the reflection of the coaches

I agree.

The D-line is in so much worse shape than people realize. Basically what Dooley did with O-line recruiting his last few years is what Butch did with D-line recruiting at the end. We absolutely should have more players than we do there, so now we're at a point where every injury is a major setback. At least we got Solomon eligible, but that's still a very thin D-line that is short on talent.

You can't win without strong line play in college football. And if we want to win again, we have to keep building up those lines even if it takes 3-5 years.

Sorry, I got carried away. Yes there is some worry with CJP, and staff, but I still wonder about the rest. Staff arent the ones executing on the field.
