ROLL? Y'all ain't Bama or Fsu. Vols may win but it e be a fight. I'm guessing neither teams scores over 24.

If UT has its WRs back healthy, our secondary is in for a long night.

UK did a great job of matching up their quick receivers with our stiff safeties. That WR #19 for UK would get redshirted if he played for UT.

They exposed Maye in the second half. Poole should be the NB but losing JC Jackson really has the rotation n flux. Think Champ will go with Nick Washington next week or Tabor opposite Veron. Also don't feel Worley could male some of the throws KY's QB made. Battleship taught him well in HS. Not really sure where KY finishes this season but these ain't your same Ol'cats.

I have posted elsewhere that I thought it would be 4-8 but I think that 5-7 is attainable after what I saw in the first 3 games. I won't predict 6-6 like the homers.

At best UF will finish 4th in the East behind UGA, USC and Mizzou.

Could slip to 5th depending on what happens October 4th.

Muschamp is toast.

I didn't catch this game... the wildcats are better than they were not sure you can judge it on this but I haven't seen a UF game this year.

What's up with the secondary? I thought Vernon Hargreaves was the best freshman CB last year that I saw and that is with me seeing White and Robinson play every week.

Replacing both S and two Nfl corners.

Really green besides VH3 and Poole.

Hargreaves isn't the issue. UK's QB challenged VH3 a couple times downfield with no success.

Our safeties are a liability in pass coverage, Gorman in particular.

Our secondary coach? Will Muschamp.

It was Neal and Maye both king TD's. Gorman had his missed assignments as well.

Really needed that Idaho game for game reps.

neal almost had 3 picks he did alright imo maye was pretty good in the box

If we cant block any better that will equalize. Dont think there will be 40 total points scored.

Their DBs dropped picks also, and they were gift wrapped.

After week 3-

SEC East:

Georgia (Still think they win)
USC (Close second)
Mizzou (Unsure)
FL (Ouch)
Tenn (OL woes hurt)
Kentucky (Maybe under rated)

Vanderbilt (LOL)

I don't remember a lot of picks. Y'all got two, iirc, off our receivers. Similarly, we dropped a couple picks, including one that instead of 17-6, ended up making it 10-13 for uf.

Oh well, good to see us compete. I still think 5-7 is where we end up, and a bow dependent on us upsetting Ut or Louisville, which I'm not confident with them both on the road.

I'll toss out a prediction you upset Louisville and MSU to go 6-6. I think the Cards are overrated personally and got their ranking from the hype surrounding Petrino and what they did last year.

Call me crazy, but I'll eat crow if it doesn't happen.

I predict UK will play Memphis in the Birmingham Bowl.

I figured a little update.

SEC West. To me Bama is the most complete team in the West and possibly the SEC and the nation.
SEC East. Looks like a crap shoot to me.

UT. About what I expect, I thought they played tough but not quite there yet, another year should do this team well. Worley kind of makes it all happen right now, they need other guys to setup. I like what I am seeing though, very much improved despite the lose.

LSU. Once again a very sluggish start with Jennings. LSU commited 4 turnovers in the 1st Quarter with Jennings supplying 3 of those. Harris came in and energized the team once again and LSU scored TDs on 7 of 7 possessions with him in the lineup.

Going back to the last 3:43 of the MS game when Harris appeared, he has lead the team on 9 of 10 possessions to a TD, the lone exception is the hailmary that was INT in the endzone at the end of the MS game. In the last 27-32 minutes of playing between games Harris has engineered 9 TDs.

Despite improved QB play of Harris, LSU still has major weaknesses, DL, MLB, and the OL has not been playing up to SEC levels. I'm sticking with my 3-4 loss prediction but I think it's going to be a wild ride. Auburn this week will be rough.

Les does not want to start Harris, as he is a true freshman, cutting one's teeth at Auburn is not always easy....

Jennings has limited ability, will be a decent backup but LSU is going to have a hard time with him in the lineup... Harris has the the much higher ceiling.

Our best shot at a win out of the remaining schedule is Mizzou.

I bet Arkansas can still win six; UAB, LSU, and Mizzou

Barring injury and whatnot..

if you win all those kentucky earns some real respect this yr not alot but its definitely a step in the right direction

Well, I wasn't saying that we beat all 3, just listing them in highest probability of win.

LSU is gonna be tough at Death Valley at night.

Mizzou, Louisville, and UTK IMO, in that order.

I agree.

I am looking forward to Saturday's game @ LSU - this team plays without the baggage of UK teams of old if they can stay focused and execute I'm not sure why they can't pull off the upset on the road. LSU has been turrible on offense this year if we can stay disciplined on D and mix up the offense enough to get TDs and not FGs I think we have a puncher's chance.
