Thoughts:
1) If Ainge is healthy, UT wins the East but it comes down to UF/UT, imo. I say that because I think if UT beats UF, they beat UGA. If UT loses to UF, I think UGA beats UT. I think UT playing UF is a good thing thus they win.
2) USC will not go anywhere near the SECCG with Mitchell at QB. He is the same QB he was 2 years ago. No improvement.
3) UF will be good but far from last year's team. I think that many UF fans say "Well, we don't expect last year's team" yet actually do expect the same results. It won't happen yet I am sure they beat us as the yearly ritual goes.
4) Neither AU/LSU/Bama are that seperate from each other, imo. Miles has not shown me he is that great of a coach with his players and he loses a LOT of good talent while Cox at AU needs to stay healthy. If not, Bama sneaks up even with their schedule.

people seem to forget that UF's offense last year wasn't exactly lighting it up. they made plenty of highlight reels etc...but in large part, the offense was what got in the way.....

the defense last year set up so much for their offense.....blocked kicks, turnovers, feild position swings etc.....

the difference with FL this year is that the defense won't probably be as good, but they wont' suck out loud. and the offense, should be better. If i were a UF fan, i'd feel pretty good about it right now.

the issue becomes a lot muddier after that.....TN, UGA both have questions at various places, but both are perfectly capable of winning any game on their schedule. then there's USC.....are they just hype this year or are they due? my personal thought is that at some point USC is going to win some of the close games they've been losing against teams like Auburn, TN, UGA and FL......will it be enough to go to ATL? doubtful.....but could they sneak in to the top 3 of the East......i wouldn't be surprised this year.

the west....LSU has to be the favorite simply because of talent....they are a lot like FL.....they lost some big names, but they've not been leaving the cupboard bare year in year out.....Auburn also will be up there......and the wild card is Bama.....a lot like USC in the East.....how much is hype, how much is substance? i look for ARK to take a step back, and who cares about MSU and Ole Miss?

I doubt Outback will invite us back to their bowl game. If we don't go Sugar, than we will get Capitol 1.

He was pretty damn good the last 6 games last year.

the east is so wide open this year it is unreal. i could see everybody but vandy and UK winning it, but UK will be a decent football team

don't let McCat see that.......he'll be off an running.

and i still think you have to give a little bit of an edge to FL at this point, until proven otherwise...
