Predictions

I have an idea for teams struggling to find the right QB. Bring Bledsoe in mid season, and start him for the year. His replacement is guaranteed to be a bad a$$.

Marty Hearny and John Fox.......pay attention to this.:eek:lol:

1.The Colts will miss June, Glenn, McFarland, and Harper and will go out in 2nd round.
2.Mike Nolan will continue to revise the 49ers and they will make the playoffs with the addition of Nate Clements.
3.Eric Mangini will continue to help the Jets as they will continue off of last seasons success.
4.The Saints will be the most overrated team this year. They will still make the playoffs, but will not be a threat in the NFC.
5.Norv Turner will struggle with the Chargers and they will have a sup-bar year (I would consider anything under 13 wins and an AFC championship sub-par)
6.Once again Donovan McNabb will have an injury prone season leading Philly fans to want him replaced.
7.Jon Kitna will have a monster season
8.Stephen Jackson and Travis Henry will both have huge seasons (I don't think Henrys that good of a runningback but he'll succeed with the system.
9.New England will win the super bowl

2,3,4,7 are completely laughable. turner won't do anything to hurt the chargers, they just aren't going to be any better than last year. travis henry will have a good season, but nothing compared to stephen jackson's. honestly though, i guess the jets will "improve", but they still aren't going to be any good.

turner did hurt the chargers. As a Redskins fan, I should have known that.

1. The Jets won't make the playoffs.
2. Jim Fassell will not make it through January at the Giants' head coach.
3. Herman Edwards will not make it through January as the Chiefs' head coach.
4. The Titans will not win more than 5 games.
5. The Texans will win 8 games.
6. The Cardinals will make the playoffs.
7. Brady Quinn will start more than 11 games.
8. Daunte Culpepper will start more than 12 games in Oakland.
9. Adrian Peterson of the Vikings will win OffROY.
10. The Lions will still suck.

1, 2, 5, 9 are spot on.

3, probably wrong

10, kinda right

4, 6, 7, and 8 are awful.

still not fair to count getting number two right.

I could predict that Joe Torre will not make it through May as the Yankees coach this year in baseball.

1. Vince Young goes all Ray Lewis on the Madden curse.
Eh, he got hurt a couples times but hell he made the playoffs with a little help from Kerry? Verdict: Push

2. Leftwich will be the Falcons starter by seasons end. (Longshot but what the hell)
Maybe would have happened if he didn't get hurt, not that wild of a prediction anyway Verdict: Who Cares

3. Calvin Johnson will be the ROY. He won't tear it up like Moss in 1998, but close. At least less touchdowns. (I said somewhere on the Nation I thought Adrian Peterson would be Offensive ROY I have since changed my mind)

Well, should have stayed with my first pick Verdict: No, sir

4. LT comes back down to earth.

Eh, from his numbers last year he's down. Still good but he came back to mortal status. Verdict: Eh?

5. David Garrard will make Del Rio look like a genius.

Word up. Verdict: Nice

6. John Fox is fired and Bill Cowher is hired by the Panthers at seasons end.

Still to be seen

7. David Martin (Tenn Alumni) enjoys the spoils of Trent Green loving his tight end.

Far fetched, Tennessee related, I had too yet so wrong Verdict: Not even close

8. Jay Cutler makes the pro bowl.

I was smoking something good that day Verdict: I'm sorry

9. Who Let The Dogs Out will not be played at any stadium at any point or time.

? ? ?

10. Frank Gore flops. San Fran D surprises.

#25 Defense, Gore #13 in total rushing yards Verdict: Screw em they suck and they are handing the Pats a top 5 pick

Synopsis: I suck, but still not as bad as Lou Holtz in prognostication.

I was also 6-12 on the playoff picks and my Super Bowl pick (Saints vs. Broncos) absolutley ridiclious.

From this and my out of left field prediction of the Jets beating the Pats in week 15 I think I will do Volnation a favor and retire from NFL prognostication, but remember I have the heart of Vinny Testaverde, baby, I might be back in 2008.
