Dude. I'm no attorney, but the premise of the case as I understand it seems far fetched. Claiming Mueller has no authority doesn't stand a snowball's chance.

We’ll see.

Thinking about this more, it's a pretty good move on Manaforts part. I'm pretty sure there is a gag order in place to where his team isn't allowed to talk about the case. By filling suit it gives them a forum free of the gag order.

I've never understood how it's constitutional that a judge can prevent a defense from talking about it's case.
