If they aren't breaking the law, and are arrested... they most likely will receive some type of due process. If you have a problem with the due process given on a specific person than post it, and we can all take a look and discuss - I am all about due process. As far as your general premise, its not in the post. Further, what you have suggested or implied imo does potentially involve federal felonies. I can only hope you haven't reproduced.

That would be all well and fine if they were consistent in their fights and not just interested in fighting Federal laws that they think will benefit their side of the aisle’s politics.

I believe the term used was "witchhunts". But I guess you believe only one side is capable of doing that.

don't get me wrong, its sleezy as hell and adds to the disaster of his presidency. but the point remains, Republicans and Trump are CAPABLE of the same tactics. Trump has even been alluding to it himself. its part of the reason why things aren't going to get any better under Trump. he is going to do the exact same thing the Dems did. retaliatory lawfare doesn't make it any more justifiable.

I hope we get lucky and never have to endure another President as terrible as Biden. And I hope the democrats learned their lesson and won’t try to jail their political opponents and then install a puppet candidate to lead their party.
