Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) chief David Pekoske was forced out of office only hours after President Donald Trump took the oath of office on Monday and quickly asserted his control over the federal government.

Pekoske was originally nominated to the position by Trump in 2017 and was reconfirmed to the role in 2022 during Biden’s lone term. It was reported that he planned to stay in office until his current five-year term was up, but now that is not to be.

The January 6 committee isn't the prosecuting entity. Your criticism of the committee is irrelevant to the criminal cases.

There are people who stormed the Capitol and attacked officers. Its in video. It cannot be disputed. And he is commuting their se tences or pardoning them.

It's really pretty unforgiveable. Anyone who values our system of ordered liberty should be appalled.
Unforgivable was Nancy and the cover-up.

If all of those videos are still available for the benefit of the defendants, then our system of justice should have those videos available.

If the District of Columbia or the Capitol Police turned those tapes over to the Jan 6 Committee, and did not keep copies to provide to defendants, it doesn't matter if the Committee is the prosecuting entity or not, the Government had evidence. That evidence is supposed to be available to defendants.

Can officers in Florida negate the constitutional responsibility to turn over exculpatory evidence by turning that evidence over to others who are not the prosecuting entity and then claiming they don't have it? I doubt it.

It is kinda interesting watching you get all worked up about Trumps pardons over officer asaults, while not saying a word about the Biden pardons of cop murderers.

Horse💩. The committee destroyed evidence. That nullified all cases. It also allows those defendants to file false imprisonment charges against the government since they no longer have the evidence to prove guilt.

What are you talking about? The video is in evidence in these cases. It's why these folks got convicted.
