President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

If you double the operating expenses then the rent is going to double. My insurance doubled in 2 years. No claims. I oaid the premium annually amd got a mid year increase of several hundred dollars. I said I had a years policy already in place, you can't do that. Their response "Do you want the insurance or not?"
I understand that, what do you think has caused the insurance premiums to double? I'm not being argumentative, would just like to get to the root of the problem, because it needs to be addressed. People can't afford to live, much less better themselves. I feel bad for today's people just starting out, who didn't get in the market when housing was affordable.

Trump is Lectured over Protecting Migrants and LGBTQ At Prayer Service Church alongside Melania and his family

President Donald Trump received a stern lecture from Episcopal bishop Marianne Budde on Tuesday, during the inauguration interfaith prayer service at the Washington National Cathedral.

Budde concluded her sermon by asking Trump to have mercy on the people of the United States, particularly illegal immigrants and LGBTQ individuals of all parties.

'I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country that are scared now,' she said. 'There are gay, lesbian, and transgender children in Democratic, Republican, and Independent families, some who fear for their lives.'

Immigration cuts could impact housing market ‘soon,’ experts say - National | Globalnews.ca removing millions of people (if it actually happens) and stopping the constant flow of rental demand streaming across the southern border daily is likely going to reduce rent prices. It's already happening in Canada who enacted much lighter immigration restrictions than Trump is likely implementing. It doesn't really matter what a landlord asks or needs for rent if there isn't demand to meet them at that price.

Mass Covid money printing devaluing dollars (things didn't get just magically get more expensive or businesses suddenly decide to get greedy. Our dollars just became worth less). Combined with the largest immigration wave in American history = inflationary disaster.

How are there "thousands" of White House staff?

That's an excellent question. And why do these senators and house reps need 30-40 people staffs? I remember reading that Boehner had 50 people in his staff when he was speaker - what the hell do these people do besides read bills so the rep doesn't have to be bothered?

They keep on talking about cutting the deficit, and it's always things like Social Security and Medicare that normal working Americans depend on when they retire - what about the endless perks like lifetime pensions and medical benefits that politicians and federal workers receive?

"Hi guys. Just waving to my friends. This is how we wave on earth, right?"
