Birthright citizenship has been good for the US. The children of immigrants, no matter where they come from or how they got here, on average do very well (employment, income, paying taxes, starting families). Our birth rate is declining. Our labor force is getting upside down (in terms of how many people it has to support with retiring boomers collecting SS and Medicare). I can't imagine what our economy would look like right now without birthright citizenship the last 40 years. We'd be absolutely ****ed.
Knoxville has been brutal. While Nashville has slowed down significantly Knox keeps chugging.I'm sure those border states will be effected more. Real estate in Knox County is astronomical. My daughter and her husband are looking for a larger tract, 10+ acres. They've been looking for a couple of years. Land in knox county is going for $20,000/acre or more. They're looking further out in neighboring counties where they have struggled to find anything buildable for under $10,000/acre and upwards of $20,000. I own 50acres on which I reside and if I were ready to retire (I'm close), I'd sell in a heartbeat.
Yeah that has surely never been done before like Oberfell vs HodgesSo you want the court to reinterpret a phrase to make your political goal tenable.
What happened to wanting the court to adhere to the law, as written? I thought that was what the right insisted upon...
Maybe not, when they dont like the result.

Or “the court to reinterpret a phrase to make your political goal tenable” such as nationwide gay marriage in Oberfell vs Hodge.
Honestly, I don't read most of your responses. It always seems to be the same nonsense about voting for a murderer.Let me get this right, you voted for two guys that murdered at least one American kid, and tried to murder others which went on to become President or elected again. You voted for another beast that murdered at least one American kid and attempted to murder others that failed to become President. The whole time you knew they committed murder (and other serious crimes including attempted murder) and you had no problems with it, and now you are making a determination as to someone's mental state?
Nah, Hillary is holding it in front of her. More like the Nazi's.Obama and Kamala had better form.........

Agreed, even if he can't be prosecuted lay everything out for the public to see.If there's only one of the hundreds of criminals that Biden pardoned that needs to at least have his crimes against humanity exposed, it's that POS little rat Fauci. There's a nice, toasty room in hell waiting for that evil SOB.
Blount County is full. Try Monroe or Loudon.I'm sure those border states will be effected more. Real estate in Knox County is astronomical. Can you give some details on working from home and busting your ass ?Just asking, is musk going to be in DC everyday?
I work from home (2 to 3 days a week) and I bust my ass. If you are having to bring employees in to make sure they are working, you never should of hired them.

Hint.....it's not making the point you evidently believe it to be.
