Edit: Another thing that has come to mind is what was being done in the Ukraine as far the labs, Russia might have the information and it goes back to that weasel. So, in theory both Russia and the Trump administration could be working together as to covid among others i.e. cooperation.

One thing I do know, Putin knows there is no extradition treaty.

A lot of talk about fed workers and telework. The federal agency folks here may interact the most with is TVA. It’s also one of the few you can immediately judge its competitiveness by looking at their rates compared to their competitors. And while this is by state, not utility, you can tell pretty easily TVA has low rates. And that’s with a lot of telework, pensions, river management, etc. I think the one thing you could fix in the federal and large corporate world is to more easily fire bad employees. A bad employee is not working in the office either. The solution is not addressing the problem.

Well, that isn't exactly the easiest thing since it requires a Treaty i.e. 2/3rds of the Senate. He knows this, its to show Trump that he doesn't have anything to deal with.
