A lot of talk about fed workers and telework. The federal agency folks here may interact the most with is TVA. It’s also one of the few you can immediately judge its competitiveness by looking at their rates compared to their competitors. And while this is by state, not utility, you can tell pretty easily TVA has low rates. And that’s with a lot of telework, pensions, river management, etc. I think the one thing you could fix in the federal and large corporate world is to more easily fire bad employees. A bad employee is not working in the office either. The solution is not addressing the problem.
